MANILA, Philippines – Fire broke out and engulfed a wet and dry market before dawn Saturday in Gingoog City.
Bayan Patroller Erwin Rana reported that the blaze occurred at 12:45
a.m. at the Agora Market located at Barangay 20, Gingoog City.
Rana estimates that the fire damaged at least a hundred stalls of
meat, fish, vegetables, rice, eateries, a barber shop and clothing
stores.
Arson probers are looking at faulty electrical wiring as the cause of the fire.
No one was hurt in the incident.
